There are many people complaining about their life with this economic and how it may influencing their future. Certainly there are many factors out off our control that can affect us like our economic, our jobs, our mortgages, our saving, our retirement plans, our kids and even the weather!

Even when we are facing times that is out of our control, we still have the ability to control our life. 1. The step is to write down your goals on paper so they can anchor into your mind. Write down the big picture of your goals and than down into daily action goals towards the big goals. Make sure that these are your goals and not someone else.

2. Be sure to state your goals in a positive term so you will get positive results. For example, "I am always late" changing it to "I am never late".

3. Write down your goals in present time, as it is happen right now. Your subconscious mind only understand present time, and when your goal is in the future, you goal always will stay in the future and never becomes reality. You will also want to prioritize your goals.

4. State you goals very clear and into exact details so that the Universe and your subconscious knows exactly what YOU want. Use strong words that evoke your emotion and command action to focus the energy to more forward.

5. When you write down your goals, imagine yourself already being, doing or having the things that you dreaming about. This will activate and imprint your goals into your subconscious mind.

I hope that my tips will help you to make your dreams a reality. It takes some practice and with the right action your goals becomes so laser focus and than you will be able to achieve any goals you set out there.

Do you know your Ego, or better said do you know what your ego is?

This question may cause some confusion, special when you don't know what an ego really is. You heard may some saying like "this person has a big ego and needs to get down and be normal again!"

Now, what is an Ego really?

Ego is a Latin word meaning "I", cognate with the Greek meaning "I", often used in English to mean the "self", "self-concept", "false self", "conceptual identity", or identification with individual existence.

According to Eckhart Tolle comments that, to the extent that the ego is present in an individual, that individual is somewhat insane psychologically, in reference to the ego's nature as compulsively hyper-active and compulsively (and pathologically) self-centered. However, since this is the norm, it goes unrecognized as the source of much that could be classified as insane behavior in everyday life.

Your Ego wants all this things now and it will give you all the excuses why you should buy it now and charge it to your credit card or to finance it, because you should have it now, who knows what can happen tomorrow.

When you live your life by desire, than you have long-term goals. You will live under your need. That means you spend less money than you make, and what's left over will be invest to multiply for future purchases and have later a lifestyle of your dreams. This group of people also learns how the money works for them.

Gudrun Smith: Change Your Mindset and Change Your Life!

You probably heard a lot about mindset, but do you know how to create the right mindset to create the lifestyle of your dreams?

Hi this is Gudrun Smith and my passion for personal development and psychology started a few years ago when I was looking for a way to let go off my past. I was so down and full of anger towards my ex-husband and his girlfriend what they had done to me.

My marriage had change after we moved to the US, my husband abused me verbal and physical, and I got harassment from his girlfriend. Than he told me that I am now in his country and I have no rights, just the right to have a roof over my head and food on the table, and what he was doing with his life was not my business, and by the way he needed more money for his girlfriend so I should get a third job and I needed to do what she was saying, Well, I filed for divorce, but than I found out that they change the law and without his waiver I was not allowed to take my kids and leave the country, or I would end in jail for kidnapping my own kids.

The worse part was, that he knew exactly which bottom to push that I explode, fight and to destroyed the person I was, and this didn't stopped for years after the divorce. He still try to control me by pushing bottom, didn't took the kids when he should, they just done everything so I was not able to move on with my life. They even destroyed my reputation and told other to keep their husbands away from me or I will destroy their marriages.

I was every time so angry about myself that he always was able to take me down that road, which made me miserable, depressed, low self-esteem and law confident, which even led to major surgery and health problems. The only thing I knew was to get help. I tried hypnosis and a few other things, which didn't really worked. Than I moved to San Antonio, Texas away from all this trouble.

I got enrolled into personal development, and things started to change to the better. Yes, there are still time I got hit and I go down hill, but I am able to get out there in a few hours or day. Before it took months to snap out of it. It is just not enough to wish for something or want to move on in life and have a great lifestyle. There is something buried below you surface into your mind, which is holding on to the pains in your heart, and sometimes it is hart to let it go.

As long as you don't let it go, you always will get the same outcome, the same pattern will repeat again and again until you overwrite that story of your past, or the story you were told all your life long. The easier way to success is also to watch out the people you are surrounded. They easy can manipulate you and activate the fear and pain of the past, without you knowing it. You are suddenly down and even don't know why.

Your mind is so powerful and it is up to you which direction you want to go. Do you want success and be happy in your life or do you want to stay were you are and complaining about your life? That is really simple, and the people who found it out change their life dramatic. Are you ready to change your life, your income and were you live? You can!

Your Mindset determined where you go, by Gudrun Smith

There is so much media about the bad economy global wide, all the debt and the recession we are heading. People all over complaining how bad they are doing, do to the bad economic and the stories are going on. Most of the people mindset is to give up and request that the Government need to take care and solve the problem for them. In the same time they don't understand what they are really doing to them and others.

A low self believe and low self-confident mind is followed by fear, and people in fear can easy be manipulated and controlled. People who wants to control other know that they must plant the set of fear in peoples mind, and so more it becomes reality to them so more they give away their power and locking themselves into a limit mindset that nothing is possible.

They mold their kids into this same mindset, full with excuses and all this other things, and they will never question why it doesn't can work. They believe what was told to them is true and most of the time it is followed with by horror stories or jealous against people who made it happen. Here again they are so full with excuses and most of them sound like that:

I am not pretty enough
I don't have the right gender
I was not born into a rich family
I don't have this connection
I don't have it handed down to me.
I didn't have the right spouse
I didn't had the right family to support me
I didn't live at the right place
I didn't had the money to go back to school
Money is not growing on the tree

And the list goes on.

What I try to say is, that we all heard this excuses and believed in them, because our parents, family and the media told us this stories. Most of them even don't believe that their mind is creating their future of tomorrow.

The mindset is the believe system from everyone, but in the same time the mindset can create prosperity or poverty. The mindset is the motivation behind every action.

It never asks you about your past, from were you are or were you want to go! It is the deepest believe system and you always can hear it in the words they speak. Some even have the excuses and argument with you that words are just empty and have no really meaning. The true is that your words are so powerful, that they even can kill. The words that you speak will lead you into the direction you are going, it don't care that you want to go there or not, it takes you there.

Many people proofed it to us, that you can change your mind in a second. They were so sick and tired where they were, they were in pain and sick and tired been poor and helpless. They took matter into their own hand and all they believed that they have the gift to get out were they are, no matter what. With this new mindset, they took massive action, learned new skills and found mentors who help them.

That hard work pays off? by Gudrun Smith

My son just had his first football game and they won 34:17, they played very hard and the result was that they won the first game of this season and it was shown live on TV.

They practice the whole summer and the only time they off were the 4th July week. Everyday from Monday to Thursday, and my son went also to the gym for more Conditional Training. They also prep for the games and practice the last two weeks of summer break in the afternoon at 100F, what the other team didn't done. They prep to be ready for playing in the heat. For weeks, we didn't had any rain, and on this day it was raining and cool down a little bit and with that the other team were save from a hard game in the heat.

As you see all this practice and preparation has shown result by wining the game.

Now how do you prepare your business?

Are you prepare to win the success or are you hoping that you don't need to condition yourself to success?

You must learn and refine your skills, you must become strong and surround yourself with people with the same goal. With people, who can help you to learn this specific skills, or to help you get unstuck.

Sometimes we learn over the time some different kind of skills, but sometime you easy can end up not knowing how to pull it off or bring it together, or like in sports you don't see it than your coach can see

Your coach is your mentor, who sees and correct your skills, to make you better and stronger.

Like in sports or in any other business, you can't do it by yourself! You must have a have a team or belong to a team. You must feed your mind with creative thinking and the knowledge how to win the game.

Professional are focus to win and get results and the amateurs just do it as a hobby with no direction and no result in mind, oh yes they tell you that they won't result, but they don't act like professional and that why they never will get results.

Do you have a goal and know were you are going? When yes than you are one of the few people who knows where they are going and you are in control of your life. In case you don't have a goal, you set up your life for failure and you are just living on default and hoping that maybe one day your opportunity comes who gets you out were you are an put you were you want to be.

I really don't hope that you are on this road! No, because I know you had dream when you was a child and all what you wanted to do with your life and the places you wanted to go and see. Did you remember when you dreamed about to become a fire fighter, a police officer, a pilot, having your own successful business or be famous?

What happen that you changed and gave up on your dreams? Did you surrounded yourself with the wrong people or did you married because a child was on it way or what was happen? Something had happen that you gave up on your dreams. What was it?

Sometimes parents smile about the dreams of their kids, but as soon they are in high school they have excuses why it is better for their child to look for a job and not going to college. Most of the times it is always the money issue or excuses that you need to get off your high horse and smell the roses of reality. People who never reach for their dreams or goals will influent other and giving them excuses why they can't do it, because they don't want to lose and left behind by their friend or family member by reaching their dreams.

No matter what had happen in your life, you always can change your life in this moment by building your goals and going after them. There is nothing required, just the determination that nothing can stop you. You will find out how fast the doors of opportunities will open, opportunities that will change your life. You first must know what you really want by seeing the big picture and the end results, than you need to get the skills and do what ever needs to be done to get that job done. The best part is not just to arrive at your goal, but the journey in it self and seeing the changes in you. The person you become is so much more powerful than you ever can dream about. It gives you also the drive to do more and reach more. Sometimes a big goal suddenly see so small and you getting even more and bigger goals.

As long as you stay hungry to do more and to reach for more you will always do great, but as soon as you become comfortable in your situation and not hungry any more, you can easy going very fast downhill with even realizing it until it is too late. When you are on the downspin you will also be in the company of fear, doubt and than giving up.

Goals are so important, and when you are focus on them, you always will hit your target. Without goals you may can do well for a while, but you easy can go off and been on default, meaning that you have no direction were you are going. Most people who are on default are refusing to get up and changing the direction and start creating the life of their dreams. They all have excuses why it not can happen to them and they also expecting that other people have to hand it to them. They also have the excuse that it is the other person fault that they never worked towards their goal and on the end they never make end needs.

I hope you are not on of this people, but that you are the person who is sick and tired been locked in that box and that you are now ready to brake out and design your life the way you want it to be. There is help, and it is never to late to make change in the direction your life is going.

The biggest mistake people do in Online Marketing and failing to build a successful online business is that they also waste so much time. They are on the Internet all day long, but they are not busy with income producing activities. They are not building a real business; they are busy with their hobby on the Internet. A business must make you money and than you can call it a business, but as long your business don't create income it is than a hobby.

You must be self-disciplined and set your office hour in your Online Marketing Business in the same way like you normal will do when you have a job and work at that company office. You just can't run away from your job to do some laundry or just run fast to the store or run some other arrant only because you work from home. In the same time your family must understand that when you go into your office, you are at work and can't do them a favor, the same when you are on a job they have to wait until you come home.

These are just some outline, which will steal your time when you don't control what you do with your time. As in your job, you have a business plan and you know what your death line is and which job needs to be done to get the job done. This is the same business plan you must have for your online business to get the job done. When you are in control of your time you will be able to get so much work in less time done and than have more time for yourself and your family. You will have a balance life and the lifestyle of your dreams, but only when you don't waste your time and your opportunity.

Now the true is, that people are attracted to people. People they can rely to it or their situation. They are looking for people who can help them get out of their situation. I know and you may just think in this moment, that you are not there yet, that you may right now in a terrible situation and when you get over there than it will be easier.

This is not true! The true is, that nobody follows someone who is already there. They follow someone who has a big vision were he wants to go, and he will lead the people to follow him or her. Like any other Business

, they all have a goal and together as a team they want to reach that goal together and expand.

Did you also know that by looking so perfect and full with all the knowledge, they have it even harder to recruit? Just want to look so great and prepared of all kind of answers, to impress their prospect? But, they don't know that the true always wins. When you are new in Online Marketing and your prospect ask you a question you don't know the answer, just say it "Well that is a good question and I don't know the answer, but I know someone who can answer this question"!

In this moment you just told your prospect, that it is easy to start and when you don't know the answer, than there is another person who can answer it. Again, when you make it simple, people can see themselves doing it. But when you make it too complicate and looking so perfect, people will run away, because get fear and in their mind they never can see themselves doing it or ever have this knowledge.

As you see, Online Marketing is simple, so keep it that way. The most important product you ever will sell it "YOU"! Not which kind of business

opportunity you are in and special not your up-line! Invest into yourself and learn the people skills and how to become a leader. Walk towards your goal with a team, with people who can see your vision and want to follow your lead to reach for their goals.
